Finland purchased 21 MiG-21F-13s for the Finnish Air Force in 1963. During 1978-1986, Finland replaced them with 26 MiG-21BIS all-weather fighters. The Finnish Air Force used MiG-21s until March 1998. The whole story is in this book.
The author is an aviation history enthusiast from Aviation Museum Society Finland.
